World of Final Fantasy is a brand new game from Square Enix that features the characters and creatures of the mainline Final Fantasy games and presents them in an original story with an incredibly cute chibi art style.
World of Final Fantasy has been confirmed for the PS Vita and PS4 in the West and it will be released worldwide on October 25th, 2016. The game features two main characters that can be switched to different art style at the press of a button.
While the main game is set in chibi art style, featuring the famous Final Fantasy heroes and heroines in this particular style, the main characters can switch between a chibi character model and a human character model. The designs for the human characters appear to be similar to Kingdom Hearts, since they were designed by Tetsuya Nomura.
World of Final Fantasy has a huge cast of Final Fantasy characters including Squall, Yuna, Cloud and more. The game also features a monster capturing aspect which allows the player to capture monsters, and in turn, use them in battle.
World of Final Fantasy is currently confirmed for the PS4 and PS Vita and should be out on October 25th, 2016.
