Games with Gold is a monthly free games service available to those who have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription. It was started this generation with the launch of the PS4 and Xbox One and the initial games that were a part of the program for the Xbox One also included Xbox 360 games. These were later changed to be only backwards compatible Xbox 360 games so that those who own an Xbox One can play it on their system, doubling the total number of games available to them each month.

When To Expect Xbox Live Games With Gold Announcement?

Microsoft has usually announced the Games with Gold announcement during the last week of a month. The announcement has been typically made on a Tuesday or Wednesday however it can also tend to be rather random. This has happened in the past when the games announcement were leaked early, but as far as it stands now, this hasn’t been the case so far.

What Will Be February 2018 Games With Gold Lineup?

When it comes to predicting games with gold lineup, it is always a case of hit and miss. Microsoft usually releases these games depending on how they are able to successfully negotiate with a publisher so the lineup can be anything, however sometime a past pattern from Microsoft, or a release date for a game coinciding with the new month, can also help in predicting the upcoming lineup.
