Yakuza 5 appears to have been accidentally added to the PS Plus section, and as a result, it has been made available free of cost to all the PlayStation Plus subscribers in the EU region.
This appears to be a mistake since it was never announced as a PS+ freebie by Sony. This game was localized and released by Sony in collaboration with Sega. It was announced at the PlayStation Experience event in 2014 and was released just last year. Sony is following Yakuza 5 with the localization of Yakuza Zero and possibly leading to the localization of Yakuza 6, which is currently in development for the PS4.
You can grab the free Yakuza 5 copy from the EU PlayStation Store by heading to the webstore here. It might be taken down quickly so grab it before this mistake is fixed. Update (7:50 AM PST): It has been taken down by Sony and now the link shows the regular price of the game.
Yakuza 5 was originally released in Japan in December 2012 and it wasn’t localized for the West until in 2015.
