The Play Coin is a type of currency for a Mini-Game that is available in Yooka-Laylee. The Play Coins can be used to access the Mini-games in the Rextro Arcade. This guide will help you find and collect every single Play Coin in Yooka-Laylee.
Play Coin Locations In Yooka-Laylee:
As we stated before, there is one Play Coin in every world, so collecting all of the Coins can be hard, if you have not unlocked all five worlds of the game.
Tribalstack Tropics:
Once you have found Rextro in the Tribalstack Tropics, look for a ramp that leads down to a ravine. Turn left and keep moving forward until you find a Cave. This Cave has the first Play Coin in it.
Glitterglaze Glacier:
In order to get their hands on the Play Coin in Glitterglaze Glacier, players will have to expand the world a bit. Once you have expanded the world and found Rextro, look for a hidden door behind a few boxes. This room will filled with Play Coins, however, only one of them is the real one.
Moodymaze Marsh:
The Play Coin in Moodymaze Marsh is slightly hard to find. Before you start looking for the Coin, you will have to go through the second underground tunnel. Once you are through the tunnel, look for a crate that you can use Lizard Lash on. When you locate the right Crate, use Lizard Lash and pull the crate down.
Now that the crate is down, look for a new location to use Lizard Lash on and progress through the platforms until you reach the Play Coin.
Capital Cashino:
The Capital Cashino Play Coin is easy to get. Look for Rextro, who is just on the right side when you enter the world. Once you have located Rextro, there will be a slot machine next to him. Use Buddy Slam on the Slot machine and try to match all three of the slots. If you manage to do so, you will get the Play Coin as a reward.
Galleon Galaxy:
To get your hands on the Play Coin in Galleon Galaxy, players will have to expand the world and look for a pink planet. Once you have spotted the planet, go to it and look for an island that looks like a Skull with Crossbones. When you have located the island, players need to climb the mountain on the island, as the Play Coin is located on the top of the mountain.
